SEEKING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CREDIT??
The International Institute of Municipal Clerks' Education Department
has approved the National Association of Government Archives and Records
Administrators (NAGARA) 2009 Annual Meeting program and pre-conference
workshops for professional development credit.
The following pre-conference workshops have been approved for CMC
(continuing education) points only:
● Basic of Archives - 5.0 in-class contact hours
● Managing E-Mail and Electronic Documents As Records - 2.75
in-class contact hours
The following pre-conference workshops have been approved for CMC
(continuing education) or CMC Recertification or MMC points:
● Disaster Preparedness and Response - 6.5 in-class contact hours
● Developing Your Records Management Program - 3.75 in-class
contact hours
The National Association of Government Archives and Records
Administrators (NAGARA) 2009 Annual Meeting concurrent education
sessions have been approved for the following points:
● CMC Experience - 1 point per 6 or more hours in one day of
attendance.
● MMC Professional and Social Contributions - 1 point per 6 or
more hours in one day of training.
