Greater Seattle Chapter President's Digest

Dear member,

The new 2009-2010 ARMA year will be starting in two weeks!! The Greater
Seattle board is energized to bring you engaging topics and programs at
a very low cost. My pitch for these meetings are--cheaper than your
local coffee shop. The board is committed to provide you all year long
low cost meetings to ensure you are receiving Records and Information
Management education. So, this year don't expect fancy dinners at
hotels, but breakfast and brown bags around downtown Seattle and
throughout our area. Dean Koga and Paul White are working furious
locating great speakers and great topics. I hope to send out a list of
the programs in the next few weeks.

Our next meeting will be on September 3, at Stoel Rives, 600 University
St., Suite 3600 in downtown Seattle. Our speakers will be Greg Trosset
and Patty Holmquist, who will share with the Greater Seattle Chapter
some of the successes and failures they've encountered in applying
technology to achieve an effective RIM Program in the last four years at
King County. To find out more details the meeting please go the Greater
Seattle Website.

I hope you plan on attending!
